August 12, 2025, at the Golden Corral (4380 E 22nd St, Tucson, AZ) —Board of Directors Meeting from 5:45 to 6:30 PM —General Membership Meeting from 7:00 to 8:00 PM (Meet-and-greet starts at 6:00 PM)
Our August meeting will be Tuesday, August 12th at the 22nd Street Golden Corral. Meet, greet, and eat starts at 6 PM with the general meeting starting around 7 PM, except this Tuesday. I would like to start the meeting around 6:50 to make room for two presentations. We have one from Avery WB4RTP, on the June Field Day round-up. What we did right, and what to improve on. The second presentation is from John AI7AZ on the Inovato Quadra4K Ham Clock.
The monthly raffle prizes I have picked out are:
1.) Two Inovato Ham Clocks,
2.) Two EcoWorthy LiFePO4 20-AHr batteries w/smart charger, and
3.) Two books, The Baofeng Radio Bible by Eliot J. Hawke.
