Scout Troop 157 will be hosting a spaghetti dinner on Saturday, May 4th from 5 PM to 7:30 PM. The location is Immanuel Presbyterian Church at 9252 East 22nd Street. This is the same group of youngsters you see at the Radio Society of Tucson Ham Fests and Field Day.
The scouts learn a lot from these public events, interfacing with new people and practicing their salesmanship. And the spaghetti is great!
Many of the dinner attendees are hams, so you will be meeting some of the folks you already talk to on the air.
Scout Troop 157 supports Tucson area amateur radio events and we are asking radio amateurs to support Troop 157.
