Mister Andrew Sibley KK7IGT will be our presenter.
Andy was first licensed in the UK in 1974 as G8JFF. He was and is
involved in high power RF systems (100kW – 2.5MW) used in broadcasting
and science research. If you want to know about multi-megawatt RF
systems then Andy is the guy to talk to, or in our case, listen to. He
came to the US to work on various projects in Southern California, some
RF and some not RF.Andy’s presentation will be on “Milli-Watts to Mega-Watts, The Role of
RF in Science Projects”. Expect plenty of photos and even some
legendary British humour.
