As Manager for the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) for the State of Arizona, Rick directs the support for Emergency Communications Networks, Digital communications networking, and Statewide activities and legal interaction through the State and Local agencies. He will be giving our club an update on current hot topics, activities, and areas of mutual support we have with the ARRL in Arizona. Many RST members are ARRL members and much of what ARRL does benefits all amateur radio in Arizona and nationally. We are fortunate to have him as our presenter on Tuesday night and to answer any questions that we may have for him.
