Scout Troop 157 will be hosting a spaghetti dinner on Thursday evening November 16th starting at 5 PM. The location is Immanuel Presbyterian Church at 9252 East 22nd Street. This is the same group of youngsters you see at the Radio Society of Tucson hamfests. Scout Troop 157 supports Tucson area amateur radio events and we are asking radio amateurs to support Troop 157. You will often hear WN7BSA on the EAARS System.
The scouts learn a lot from these public events, interfacing with new people and practicing their salesmanship. And the spaghetti is great also!
Many of the dinner attendees are amateur radio operators, so you will be meeting many of the folks you talk to while on-the-air.
